The EXACT® range is a series of highly concentrated mesophilic cultures specifically developed for fresh cheese, cultured milk and cultured-cream applications.

How can we help?

The culture composition is decisive for the characteristics and sensory properties of the final product. To match the broadest possible set of applications, the EXACT® culture range represents great diversity with respect to acidification speed and texture, flavor and gas-building properties.
